After the release of my last column "Freedom's Destruction by Constitutional De-Construction," I received so many responses to my statement, "The people of the states [must] once again reject this national form of government and assert and defend the principles of federalism," that I felt the need to develop this subject more thoroughly. The question I received was: "How can I choose federalism once again?" Indeed, answering this question is crucial to injecting a cure for the sickness and illness of tyrannical, national control over the people of the states. Undoubtedly, we are going to need an acute dosage to even begin ridding ourselves of the disease destroying the body of our once-great federation.

The reality is, the answer is not complicated. The more relevant question will likely be, what portion of the cure(s) must we implement. This will require a diagnosis of the degree and seriousness of the disease's attack on our Confederate Republic. Let us analyze briefly the seriousness of the attack so that we may proportionally and accordingly respond and defend against the encroachments on our constitutional freedoms, guarantees and powers.

Keeping in line with my last article and the position that the national system of government (under which the United States currently operates) is completely contrary to the federal system that our founders and Constitution's ratifiers bequeathed to us, a fact is established: We the People of the United States of America have been denied our natural and compactual rights under God and the Constitution. Again, how can it be argued that it is now legally and morally right and proper to do what our Constitution did not create or authorize? How can freedom exist in a country where we supposedly believe in the "consent of the governed" when that consent has been usurped by force? Consequently, our right of defense is activated.

Make no mistake about this: the US Constitution did NOT create a national government, but rather created a federal government whereby the states were coequal with the federal government in the exercise and defense of the powers granted to them by the people of each State. The founders and ratifiers of the Constitution expressly rejected the notion that the federal government has supreme sovereignty. The issue here is not whether there are "national components" of the procedures in the system, such as voting for the House of Representatives by the people. We know that the founders implemented a few elements of national-type procedure in the US Constitution, just as they did even in the Articles of Confederation.

Rather, the bottom-line issue is, whether the states have coequal power to exercise and defend their powers--and their citizens--and whether the Federal government has the power to force the states to accept its own interpretation and (de)construction of the Constitution. If the union of the United States was formed by the people of the states in their capacities as the sovereign of each State, creating a FEDERAL government, then the states are coequal in power and do have the right to exercise and defend their powers. If the union of the United States was formed by the whole of the people as a mass body politic, without regard to the sovereign states, creating a NATIONAL government, then the states are mere corporations of the parent company, called the Federal government.

I need not expound the answer to this question here, because I have done so in numerous other articles before, proving that the union was formed by the states as states, and not by the people as one nation. The conclusion is more than provable that the founders and ratifiers of the Constitution did not create a nation, but created a federation, and actually expected the states to be the active guardians of freedom for their own people. Thus, what methods can we use today to once again choose federalism over nationalism?

There are five basic methods by which the people of the states can counter the attacks of the federal government's prolonged tyrannical usurpations of power. They are: (1) Change of Politicians; (2) Checks and Balances; (3) Constitutional Amendment; (4) Constitutional Convention; and (5) Revolution.

1. Change of Politicians. Alexander Hamilton notes in Federalist Paper 21, "The natural cure for an ill-administration, in a popular or representative constitution, is a change of men." This method of cure is no mystery, and has been the mode of "change" in the US for the past 50 years. Dare I say, this method has proven to be anything but effectual? Please show me how changing the Federal government from Republican to Democrat and vice versa has done ANYTHING to reinstitute our federal form of government, provided by the Constitution. Both parties in the federal government do absolutely nothing to revert rightful power to the people of the states. I shall not waste any more valuable time or words on this ineffectual method. (Then again, if we had a majority of congressmen such as Ron Paul in Washington, D.C., we wouldn't be having this discussion to begin with.)

2. Checks and Balances. There are two types of checks and balances: (a) federal against federal, and (b) State against federal. Since the early 1900s, the executive, legislative and judicial branches of the federal government have usurped power from the states. To say that the people of the states can count on the three branches of the federal government to check each other in this regard and to maintain a Federal form of government is a joke. All three branches maintain that they possess the sole power (through the judiciary) to interpret and construe the Constitution, and that all others (i.e., the states) must submit thereto. This is in fact the very definition of nationalism, which the Constitution's ratifiers rejected.

As for the states' check against federal usurpations of power, most ignorant or disillusioned people would say that they lost that right when the Confederate States of America lost the Civil War in 1865, and from that point onward, the states could not check the federal government through arresting action. They suggest that to conquer equals the right to rule: a notion completely rejected in American jurisprudence. Time does not allow me to expand on this erroneous doctrine, so I will simply say, How ludicrous!

The fact is, the Federalist Paper writers expected the states to be the guardians against federal tyranny. This necessarily meant (as they expressed) that the states develop actual arms of resistance to such encroachments. This, of course, shows, once again, the FEDERAL character and nature of our form of government: the states were not subservient to the federal government's dictates, but were coequal in power to protect their own authority and freedoms through their State Constitutions.

Thankfully, we are seeing a current resurgence of State activism to be the voice and arm of the people to protect and perpetuate the US Constitution. While the federal v. federal checks and balances have proven to be less than fruitful, the states today are taking their role more seriously in this regard, just as our founders and ratifiers demanded. It is this State power of active and passive nullification and resistance that will once again protect federalism and freedom in America. Therefore, it is this State power that affords us the best opportunity to defend liberty and restore constitutional government, and that we should expend most our energies to revive.

3. Constitutional Amendment. The US Constitution requires three-fourths of the STATES to amend the Constitution. Most certainly this is an effective tool to reverse and prevent evils in government. Our founders expected that this process would protect freedom and the principles of freedom. However, as we have seen since 1865, the amendment process has been used only to increase national power and decrease State power. From the states being denied power in the Senate, to the income tax and "privileges and immunities" clause of the fourteenth amendment, the nationalists of the twentieth century have had their heyday by deepening their squeeze of national ideals over federal. Ironically, the attack on federalism has come through the same document protecting our federation: the Constitution. (The illegality of amendments being used to propagate principles contrary to freedom and federalism is for another article and discussion.)

That being said: if there were enough states to amend the Constitution to clarify federal doctrines, limit federal government power, and reinstitute original State powers, then it most certainly would be beneficial. Praise the day when such amendments would be ratified.

4. Constitutional Convention. I have heard this method suggested by some in certain circles of the "patriot movement," and while I understand the suggestion of calling a constitutional convention to rewrite the Constitution, I believe that to do so would likely create more problems than what we are dealing with today. However, there is a caveat, as explained below.

To convene a constitutional convention, states would have to send delegates (just as in 1787) for the purpose of discussing and drafting a Constitution. Not even getting into the legal issues and ramifications inherent in such a method, a very practical question is raised: Would a majority of the people convening at such a monumental event even possess the understanding, knowledge and belief needed to perpetuate and protect the principles of freedom and federalism? By virtue of what I see throughout the US today, I venture to say, No. I believe one of the greatest contributions to national ideals defeating federal ideals is that the people (including on State levels) do not understand, know or believe in the principles expressed by our founders and their forefathers.

Thus, to call a constitutional convention would most certainly place us in a worse situation. That said, there is one positive that could result from this. If the Constitution were re-written, it would require the ratification of the states that wanted to join a new union under a new contract (Constitution). In this case, it very well may provide a way for the people of the states to decide which path they wanted to take: national or federal. In other words, those states that yet wanted to live under Federalism and not Nationalism could reject the new compact and could declare themselves independent or seek to form yet another compact among like-minded states. (Of course, this could happen anyway, per number 2 above--even without a constitutional convention--making any proposed Con Con a dangerous and unnecessary action.)

5. Revolution. Revolution simply means a change of power. For those who perceive such a term as being a bad thing, why do they not then demonize the current illegitimate system of national government, because this current system is not the one the states ratified back in 1787? If a squatter turns your property into his, are you not within your rights to remove him, his family, his friends and his belongings completely from your property?

It is a fact that Americans (nationalists, federalists and even monarchists) believed in the natural right of revolution--that every generation has the God-given right to effect change by revolution when change cannot be reasonably expected and effected through other more peaceful means.

Coming full circle, then: To what degree has the federal government usurped its powers? This question is crucial because, as our forefathers expressed, resistance should be enacted proportionally to the usurpation. While there may be some who think that "it's not all that bad," I suggest that it is much worse than we think it is. We are at a point today when we are not only fighting for State sovereignty and a federal system, but we are fighting for national sovereignty (according to the LAWS OF NATIONS as expressed by enlightenment philosophers and jurists), against those who desire that the US become part of the global community.

The evidence around us is beyond reasonable doubt: we the people of the United States have been fraudulently denied our rights under the laws of Nature and Nature's God, and under the US Constitution. The rights to resist this tyranny already exist. The methods to choose federalism and freedom have their hands out, offering to help us. It is time we choose which method or methods will best reach the ultimate goal of freedom. And as I said, I believe a revival of State sovereignty--whereby states are resolved to exercise the authority they have per the terms of their charter (Constitution)--is the most attractive and effective method currently feasible to reclaim federalism and freedom in America.

Rule by fear or rule by law?

It just amazes me that most Americans can not see that they are being set up. Especially after all of the events that have transpired in the past 10 years. What kind of proof do you need to see and understand that will convince you?

Government is nothing more than force, violence, and state sanctioned murder. How do you think they get away with all the unconstitutional laws and everything that goes against common sense? You guessed it ... force, violence, and state sanctioned murder. It is the first and the final act of government.

And the government has most of you all figured out. They know that most of you will keep your eyes shut, your ears closed, and most of all ... you mouths shut. They know that when you see your neighbor being taken away and shoved in a cattle car ... you will shut your eyes, close your ears and keep your mouth shut.

Because they have t-r-a-i-n-e-d you to do so. And you will do nothing. You will cower in your home and close the curtains ... because you want to save your own skin ... but most importantly ... you think doing something is a losing proposition ... and you self fulfill your own prophesy.

You people think that all we have to do is elect the republicans or democrats and everything will get better for you.

Well, guess what folks. You HAVE BEEN voting republican and democrats all these years. Has it gotten any better? Has government got any smaller? Has government got less intrusive? Has government returned to its constitutional roots? Yea ... you probably feel like a pickled pickle in a pickle jar ... huh? Holding on to hope that one day your party will just get it right ... and everything will be just fine. Well ... of course you know it's not true! But you will keep on hoping against hope that it will ... because you can not face in your heart or your mind the inevitable. You can't see the truth because the truth scares you ... because you are scared.

And what scares you?

Force, violence, and state sanctioned murder.

Since 9/11, and seemingly without the notice of most Americans, the federal government has assumed the authority to institute martial law, arrest a wide swath of dissidents (citizen and noncitizen alike), and detain people without legal or constitutional recourse in the event of "an emergency influx of immigrants in the U.S., or to support the rapid development of new programs."

Beginning in 1999, the government has entered into a series of single-bid contracts with Halliburton subsidiary Kellogg, Brown and Root (KBR) to build detention camps at undisclosed locations within the United States. The government has also contracted with several companies to build thousands of railcars, some reportedly equipped with shackles, ostensibly to transport detainees.

According to diplomat and author Peter Dale Scott, the KBR contract is part of a Homeland Security plan titled ENDGAME, which sets as its goal the removal of "all removable aliens" and "potential terrorists."

Fraud-busters such as Rep. Henry Waxman, D-Los Angeles, have complained about these contracts, saying that more taxpayer dollars should not go to taxpayer-gouging Halliburton. But the real question is: What kind of "new programs" require the construction and refurbishment of detention facilities in nearly every state of the union with the capacity to house perhaps millions of people?

Sect. 1042 of the 2007 National Defense Authorization Act (NDAA), "Use of the Armed Forces in Major Public Emergencies," gives the executive the power to invoke martial law. For the first time in more than a century, the president is now authorized to use the military in response to "a natural disaster, a disease outbreak, a terrorist attack or any other condition in which the President determines that domestic violence has occurred to the extent that state officials cannot maintain public order."

The Military Commissions Act of 2006, rammed through Congress just before the 2006 midterm elections, allows for the indefinite imprisonment of anyone who donates money to a charity that turns up on a list of "terrorist" organizations, or who speaks out against the government's policies. The law calls for secret trials for citizens and noncitizens alike.

Also in 2007, the White House quietly issued National Security Presidential Directive 51 (NSPD-51), to ensure "continuity of government" in the event of what the document vaguely calls a "catastrophic emergency." Should the president determine that such an emergency has occurred, he and he alone is empowered to do whatever he deems necessary to ensure "continuity of government." This could include everything from canceling elections to suspending the Constitution to launching a nuclear attack. Congress has yet to hold a single hearing on NSPD-51.

U.S. Rep. Jane Harman, D-Venice (Los Angeles County) has come up with a new way to expand the domestic "war on terror." Her Violent Radicalization and Homegrown Terrorism Prevention Act of 2007 (HR1955), which passed the House by the lopsided vote of 404-6, would set up a commission to "examine and report upon the facts and causes" of so-called violent radicalism and extremist ideology, then make legislative recommendations on combatting it.

According to commentary in the Baltimore Sun, Rep. Harman and her colleagues from both sides of the aisle believe the country faces a native brand of terrorism, and needs a commission with sweeping investigative power to combat it.

A clue as to where Harman's commission might be aiming is the Animal Enterprise Terrorism Act, a law that labels those who "engage in sit-ins, civil disobedience, trespass, or any other crime in the name of animal rights" as terrorists. Other groups in the crosshairs could be anti-abortion protesters, anti-tax agitators, immigration activists, environmentalists, peace demonstrators, Second Amendment rights supporters ... the list goes on and on. According to author Naomi Wolf, the National Counterterrorism Center holds the names of roughly 775,000 "terror suspects" with the number increasing by 20,000 per month.

What could the government be contemplating that leads it to make contingency plans to detain without recourse millions of its own citizens?

The Constitution does not allow the executive to have unchecked power under any circumstances. The people must not allow the president to use the war on terrorism to rule by fear instead of by law.

Agenda 21: The Death Knell of Liberty

The death knell for freedom has been tolling for some time, and only now are people starting to hear it. It started tolling faintly, decades back, and has slowly progressed in volume, until today its tolling is impossible to ignore.

The United States of America—that “shining city on a hill”—had a good run of it, and made a gallant effort at establishing liberty for all. But as the old saw would have it, all good things must come to an end.

Liberty, after all, is an aberration in mankind’s history—a light that has flared here and there over the centuries, only to dissolve back into the darkness.

America is barreling towards becoming a bit player on the world’s stage, and its vaunted middle class—once the envy of the world—is on the verge of being eliminated.

For the good of the planet, for the good of Gaia. for the good of the collective.

I’m not talking about something we need to be on guard against. It’s all already in place. It has been going on for quite some time, and it will continue to go on, at a greatly accelerated pace. We are at the “end game” point.

And the Globalists know it. Why do you think the Democratic (and many Republican) political hacks on Capitol Hill are so dismissive of the American people?

They are essentially putting on a “dog and pony show” for public consumption, while the final pieces for America’s defeat are slid into place. No, they are not worried about upcoming free elections.

To a great extent the Globalists own the mass media, the entertainment industry, our schools, and the Judicial, Executive, and Legislative branches of government.
Why should they worry?

Already, several generations have been indoctrinated, via our school systems, to value globalization and “social justice,” over personal responsibility and free enterprise.

They have been repeatedly sold the idea that they should, “Think globally, act locally.”

God has been demeaned, marginalized, and eradicated, at every turn. Our religions are, in many cases, a watered down and diluted mimicry of true spirituality.

The Globalists have come out from the closets, the woodwork, and from under rocks. They know that their time of hiding is at long last over. They are brazen about, and proud of, their anti-American/pro-global stance. Their arrogance and hubris is palpable.

Call them Communists, Marxists, Fascists, or Globalists—call them what you will, they are collectivists who despise America’s middle class, capitalism, and free enterprise.

They have been duplicitous, Machavellian, clever, and patient. And it has paid off; the trap has been sprung.

How did this happen?

America got hit high, and America got hit low. We suffered sudden catastrophic sneak attacks from without, and insidious long-term betrayal from within.

We were hit low by Alinskyesque “community organizers” in our streets, and propagandists in our schools. We were hit high by “think tanks” like the Trilateral Commission, the CoR (Club of Rome), and the CFR (Council for Foreign Relations).

They have divided us with special interest groups, vociferous “talking point” attacks, and identity politics. They have infiltrated our schools, and indoctrinated our children.

They have opened floodgates using the Cloward-Priven Strategy—overwhelming our judicial system, banking establishment, and border security.

They have encouraged corruption and greed at the lowest, to the highest, levels of government.

They have twisted and perverted the U.S. Constitution.

They have promoted and encouraged anything and everything that would help bring America down.

They intend on taking over the planet, but first they needed to destabilize, and then destroy, the United States of America. Because we were a powerful bulwark of freedom, we had to go first.

And to a large extent, go we have.

In this article, I will focus on the contributions made by the CoR and Agenda 21, to America’s defeat.

The Club of Rome (CoR) was founded 1968, in Italy, by Aurelio Peccei, an Italian scholar and industrialist, and Alexander King, a Scottish scientist.

Over the years the list of its members has included ex-presidents, prime ministers, kings, queens, diplomats, and billionaires. Its membership roster reads like a “who’s who” of the world’s “movers and shakers.” It includes U.N. bureaucrats, scientists, economists, and business leaders from around the globe

After its inception, it split into two more branches: The CoB (Club of Budapest), and the CoM (Club of Madrid). The CoB focuses on social and philosophical issues, while the CoM concentrates on political issues. In addition, there are over thirty affiliated organizations in other countries—such as the USACoR in America.

The CoR first garnered public attention with its 1972 report “The Limits to Growth,” which went on to become the best selling environmentalist book of all time. Simply stated, its main thesis is that economic growth cannot continue indefinitely, because of the limited availability of natural resources, particularly oil. It’s sort of an industrialized version of a Malthusian nightmare.

Twenty years later, the CoR published “The First Global Revolution”—a quote from the book appears at the start of this article. This book also made a big splash, and helped to re-energize and expand the whole environmentalist movement.

Another quote from the book worth keeping in mind is, “It would seem that humans need a common motivation, namely a common adversary…such a motivation must be found to bring the divided nations together to face an outside enemy, either a real one, or else one invented for the purpose….”

“One invented for the purpose.” Enter global warming and greenhouse gases.

But something even more important happened the year before “The First Global Revolution ” came out.

At the instigation of the CoR, and their ilk, in 1992 the United Nations held the Conference on Environment and Development—informally known as the Earth Summit—in Rio de Janeiro, Brazil.
. At the Earth Summit, 178 nations signed an agreement called Agenda 21—so called because it dealt with the United Nation’s agenda for the 21st century.

It consists of numerous chapters detailing the role that different parts of society should play in implementing “sustainable development.” There are chapters for central governments, local governments, businesses, and community organizations.

George Bush senior, then President of the United States, flew down and committed the United States to the U.N. FCCC (Framework Convention on Climate Change) agenda.

Ever since then, the Executive Branch—Republican and Democrat—has been bypassing Congress, and passing “soft laws” foisting Agenda 21 on the American public.

No matter where you go, environmentalism permeates the U.S. Government bureaucracy. Sometimes it’s blatant and out front; other times you may need to dig a little—but it’s always there.

The Agenda 21 Globalists wine and dine each other, and hold conventions and conferences around the world. They give each other praise, pats on the back, and prestigious awards.

The Norwegian Globalists just gave Obama the Nobel Peace Prize, and for the same reason that they gave one to Al Gore—heavily pushing Agenda 21.

Gore’s movie “An Inconvenient Truth” also received an Oscar from the Hollywood elite. These honors have been bestowed on Gore, not for exposing the truth—for “An Inconvenient Truth” is merely a slickly packaged lie—but because the film spreads the falsehoods of Agenda 21 so well.

It can only be shown to school children in the U.K. if accompanied by a disclaimer. The U.K.‘s “The Daily Mail” reports that “...teachers will have to warn pupils that there are other opinions on global warming, and they should not necessarily accept the views of the film.”

The Daily Mail also noted that the lawyer who successfully sued to have the disclaimer attached, said it did not go far enough. “He said ‘no amount of turgid guidance’ could change the fact that the film is unfit for consumption in the classroom.”

Yet American students see it over, and over. With no disclaimer.

This past June, NASA said that global warming is caused by solar cycles—i.e. the sun. Unsaid was the fact that the greenhouse gas theory is full of holes. Actually it’s a fairy tale, a convenient lie to force the world to bend to the will of the globalists.

Al Gore, the CoR, the U.N., and all of the environmental organizations and their adherents, don’t care what the truth is. They could care less about what causes global warming. They have their “outside enemy…invented for the purpose,” and they are not about to let go of it.

The Globalists actually tried Global Cooling first, but for various reasons it didn’t fly. Look at page 22 in the 1974 Annual Rockefeller Report, and you’ll find the mention of a conference called to investigate “...the future implications of the global cooling trend now underway….” Things sure warmed up in a hurry.

So what is the “purpose?” What’s really behind all the global warming hoopla?

Power. It’s the same old Marxist/Communist/Fascist collectivist schtick, dressed up in new clothes.

Global warming is all about a power grab by a wealthy elite and their collectivist sycophants—using the U.N. as a cover and tool.

As always, there are numerous “useful idiots” who swallow the party line whole. Some of them are simply misguided idealists, and some of them are nuts—dangerously nuts.

Behind it all, is a relatively small group of people who are manipulating the world for their own sick, narcissistic ends.

It’s a perfect cover. Think about it—who doesn’t feel that fresh air, clean water, and healthy environments are admirable ends to work towards? Any sane person supports such ideals.

But hidden in back of the admirable goals are some diabolical designs.

Don’t take my word for it, and don’t dismiss me without research. We all need to know what’s headed our way shortly.

What I’ve been discussing in this article is not “conspiracy theory” nonsense—look at those two websites I just mentioned (maybe watch a Michael Shaw video or two), and decide for yourself.

What have we seen since the Obama Administration took over?

The brainiacs in charge of America’s finances have been ignoring our debts, and eagerly proposing ways to sink us deeper into the quagmire. A lot deeper.

At first I thought that they were simply corrupt, venal, self-serving idiots—all of which is undoubtedly true, but they’re also destroying America’s financial foundation, cleverly and intentionally.

They want the American dollar replaced by a new global currency. They want America’s middle class to hang in the wind, and die on the vine. They’re Globalists, and they want America to fail. It’s so easy to see, once you realize what’s going on.

Why else would they add trillions to an already staggering debt? Why else would they try to rush through a Cap and Trade bill that will, in Obama’s words, make electricity prices “skyrocket.” Why else would they try to jam government-run ObamaCare down America’s throat? Why else would Obama say he’d bankrupt anybody who built a new coal plant?

Once you grasp Agenda 21, and the sly machinations of the United Nations, and globalizing NGOs like the CoR, it all makes sense.

It’s “The Plan.” Ruin America’s economy, destroy her middle class, and put a stranglehold on her energy grid.

At the U.N. Summit at Rio in 1992, the Conference Secretary-General, Maurice Strong, said “Isn’t the only hope for this planet that the industrialized civilization collapse? Isn’t it our responsibility to bring that about?”

He also said, “Current lifestyles and consumption patterns of the affluent middle class—involving high meat intake, the use of fossil fuels, electrical appliances, home and workplace air-conditioning, and suburban housing—are not sustainable.”

Club of Rome member, multi-billionaire George Soros, echoed Strong’s statement last fall, when he told an Australian newspaper, “America, as the center of the globalized financial markets, was sucking up the savings of the world. This is now over. The game is out,’ he said, adding that the time has come for ‘a very serious adjustment’ in American’s consumption habits.”

We will be forced to do their will. Count on it.

Forced to cut back on fossil fuel consumption. Forced to cut back on water usage. Forced to give up our property. Forced to eat less. Forced to warm or cool our homes less. Forced to give up driving. Forced to give up these, and many other things that we currently take for granted. It’s “The Plan”—you had better believe it.

Look at what’s happening to California’s Central Valley—once “the world’s breadbasket,” and now a dust bowl. All due to Agenda 21.

I assure you that the globalists will not help the farmers. As the saying goes, “You can’t make an omelet without breaking a few eggs.” The globalists want the land unplowed. They want it to go “back to nature.” They want to increase the price of food. They want to ruin the middle class farming community. It’s all part of “The Plan.”

It is not just America this is happening to, of course. Australia, Great Britain, Japan, Canada, Germany… Every country is on the verge of being converted into a vassal state—part of a global hegemony run by the U.N and a power elite.

All this will be more easily accomplished with a greatly reduced population. Did I mention population reduction and control?

Behind all the warm and fuzzy terminology about “smart growth,” “sustainable development,” and “think green,” lies a very chilling fact. The Agenda 21 folks want to reduce the earth’s population—substantially.

In 1996, Club of Rome member and CNN founder, Ted Turner, told Audubon magazine, “A total population of 250-300 million people, a 95% decline from present levels, would be ideal.” A 95% reduction.

Recently he has said that getting rid of a mere two thirds of the world’s population would suffice. Getting mellow in his old age no doubt.

The hard-core environmentalists are all bio-centrists. That is, they believe that humanity is no more important than any other species on this planet. In fact, to hear them tell it, the world would be much better off without any people at all.

Anthropologist and anarchist David Graber put it like this in an L.A. Times book review, “Human happiness, and certainly human fecundity, are not as important as a wild and healthy planet. ... We have become a plague upon ourselves and upon the Earth. ...Until such time as Homo sapiens should decide to rejoin nature, some of us can only hope for the right virus to come along.”

Talk about joie de vivre, huh? Speaking of virus, don’t you find it a little odd that the U.N’s WHO (World Health Organization) is making such a big deal out of what is essentially a run-of-the-mill flu? And the lame stream media goes right along with them.

Given the Globalist penchant for population reduction, I’m much more leery of the U.N.‘s vaccines, than the flu. But that’s just me.

At any rate, because these Globalists are bio-centrists, most of them don’t believe in a divine spark in man, or unalienable rights, or God for that matter. In short, they don’t have many qualms about killing people. Something else to keep in mind.

You know the sardonic comment “Well excuse me for breathing?” These people will take that statement literally—and probably won’t excuse you. After all, you’re adding to the earth’s carbon dioxide level every time you breath out.

ICLEI (Local Governments for Sustainability—I know, don’t ask) even has a personal Co2 calculator you can use. ICLEI (pronounced “ick-lee”) believes you should know, and of course want to know, the amount of “your yearly direct personal carbon dioxide (CO2) emissions.” To which I say, directly and personally, “Get lost,” or words to that effect.

My favorite eco-friendly slogan is “Save the Planet—Kill Yourself.”

There’s something deeply disturbed, and disturbing, about too many of these folks, if you ask me. For example, Yale professor and eco-nut, Lamont Cole, is of the opinion that “To feed a starving child is to exacerbate the world population problem.”

Jesus wept.

You should do yourself a favor and peruse the quotes on Free Republic’s “So you’re an environmentalist…” web-page. If you don’t come away convinced that most of these folks are nuttier than a “Payday” candy bar, then I don’t know what to tell you. Maybe—“Get a life?”

Many of these “useful idiots” may be crazy and harmless, but they can also be crazy and deadly.

Behind them, pulling the strings, and waiting to take over, are the Global Elite and their one world government.

Do you honestly think that America will last as a free republic until the 2012 presidential elections? I don’t think it will last until the 2010 elections.

Iran’s leadership is aching to nuke Israel, and Israel’s only going to wait so long before taking preemptive measures. And there goes a large chunk of America’s oil supply.

Long lines for gas—if you can get any at all. America’s power grid will flicker, and intermittently fail. Time for the Globalists to make their final moves.

The curtain falls.

So America goes down the drain on our watch. It’s nothing to be proud of, that’s for sure.

Is there no hope then?

If there are still enough patriotic Americans who value personal integrity and freedom —there’s a chance we can still turn this thing around, but it won’t be easy. Far from it.

Make no mistake, if we lose this one, America and the world will sink into an abyss of tyranny for a very, very long time.

Like take them out of school and home-school them. It is only going to get worse. Because you ... as parents ... do nothing.

A six-year-old boy is sentenced to 45 days in jail for the crime of bringing his Cub Scout fork-spoon-knife to Delaware government school. There is nothing wrong, in a sane world as versus the feminist government schools, for boys not to bring pocket knives, etc. But now this harmless little camping tool is banned as well, for the purpose of attacking boyhood and independence. Public indoctrination academies–which hate independence and critical thinking–wreck children. Everytime I see one of those yellow school transports, picking up the victims and looking exactly like a prison bus, I get the chills.

UN and Interpol officials will meet today to discuss the formation of a “global police force” that would enjoy access to a worldwide database of DNA, biometric and fingerprint records. The effort will be spearheaded by a man known as “The Enforcer” who helped federal authorities both conduct and cover up the murderous Waco siege which killed 76 people in 1993.

Heroic Cop Beats Handicapped Student

Many observers have noticed that government-run schools closely resemble their kindred institutions, government-run prisons.

Schools and prisons are drab, utilitarian buildings usually surrounded by fences. The inmates within them are forced to follow a regimented schedule punctuated by the use of buzzers and bells, and punished when they don’t react quickly enough. Entering and exiting both kinds of institutions requires official permission for both inmates and visitors. With the addition of police “resource officers” in many schools, their transformation into prisons is nearly complete.

Yes, I admit that the comparison is imperfect and in one sense unfair, since it’s possible to learn a useful trade in prison. But I digress.

Just days after we learned that a group of Chicago’s, ahem, finest stood by and allowed an innocent 16-year-old student to be beaten to death (a group of unarmed social workers attempted to rescue the victim while armed police awaited “backup”),we learn from a CBS affiliate in Dolton,Illinois that 15-year-old Marshawn Pitts, a “special needs” student, was attacked by a school “resource” officer at least twice his bodyweight.

The officer — as seen in the video – began by berating the youngster; he then grabbed him, slugged him, and then threw him face-first into the floor in what is called a “face-down takedown,” a technique banned in many states because it frequently results in lethal positional asphyxia. Marshawn survived, albeit with a broken nose.

Ah, but the miscreant had it coming to him. You see, Marshawn — a young man who suffered a brain injury as a child and now is part of a special education program — had his shirt un-tucked.

Let us now praise the Uniforms that Guard us from the menace of sloppily dressed special needs students. Where would civilization be without their heroic vigilance?

Who Will Protect Our Children from the Police?

The Dolton, Illinois police officer caught on camera assaulting a helpless, mentally handicapped 16-year-old student has been identified as 38-year-old Christopher Lloyd.

Unlike the veteran character actor who shares that name (best known for playing eccentric characters such as “Reverend” Jim Ignatowski on the TV series “Taxi,” Klingon commander Kruge in Star Trek III, and Doc Brown in the Back to the Future series), Officer Lloyd is a violent criminal who should never have been given access to school-age youngsters.

This morning’s Chicago Tribune reports that Lloyd was arrested last month on charges of raping a woman in Indiana. Court documents allege that Lloyd, who had previously threatened the woman with a knife, held a pillow over her face while sexually assaulting her.

In spite of being accused of assault rape, Lloyd was permitted to roam the halls of a school in the Chicago suburb while armed and clothed in both a state-issued costume and the supposed authority to inflict violence on those who didn’t render immediate and unconditional obedience to him.

In February of last year, Lloyd gunned down a man named Cornel McKinney, at the time his ex-wife’s new husband. Lloyd shot McKinney twenty-four times, but wasn’t prosecuted because the Chicago Police Department, for which he worked at the time, accepted his claim that the shooting was an act of self-defense.

Even though no criminal charges were filed against him, Lloyd was dismissed from the force, but shortly thereafter found another job as a policeman in Dolton.

The Dolton police force terminated Lloyd’s employment last Wednesday, and the ex-officer is now in jail in Lake County, Indiana awaiting trial on the rape charge.

While it’s true that, even today, there are many honorable and decent men working as police officers, we must understand that the uniform is a bit like Forrest Gump’s proverbial box of chocolates: You never know what you’ll find inside. In this case, however, the hidden surprise may be a pretty unpleasant one.
